KUCHING: Having been knocked down three times in as many by-elections is an indication that the Pakatan Harapan (PH) government is on its way to more failures.
“PH’s loss in Rantau by-election is a clear sign that the people are losing confidence in the government,” Youth and Sports Assistant Minister Datuk Snowdan Lawan told New Sarawak Tribune, earlier today.
He said PH made too many U-turns just to hide their lack of accomplishments.
“This is the situation the PH is facing now. They can’t deliver. The rakyat also made U-turns by not voting for them again,” he stressed.
He said people were fed up of PH’s politicking, lobbying, rhetoric and political camouflage within a year without real and impactful achievements thus far.
The Balai Ringin assemblyman said the worst part is the people are still struggling daily to survive the high cost of living.
