SRI AMAN: State Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) chairman Baru Bian reminded all party members not to forget that PKR’s struggle was the people’s struggle.
Baru, who is also said he wanted PKR’s struggle before, continued because the party was the result of the struggle from the people’s perspectives.
“All our struggle is the struggle of the people together,” said the Works Minister during a dialogue at Rumah Ambrose, Pakit A recently.
Baru, who is also Selangau Member of Parliament, said the Pakatan Harapan (PH) victory in GE14 was the biggest achievement in political history of the country.
He said the victory proved the people believed in the PH struggle.
According to Baru, who is also Ba’ Kelalan assemblyman, the people can choose political parties not based on race or friendship, but on politics in play.
“For me, this is a healthy and good development for us to help the people wherever they are,” Baru said.
Baru was accompanied at the event by his wife, Yu Ching Sieu, and PKR Sri Aman coordinator Norina Umoi Utot.
