Polytechnic students receive gifts of porridge

KUCHING: The Sarawak National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) distributed “bubur lambuk” (savoury porridge) to students at the Kuching Sarawak Polytechnic (PKS) hostel on Sunday (Apr 25).

The distribution of the porridge was in conjunction with the “Ramadan Imarah Program” by PTPTN with PKS students in collaboration with the PKS Student Representative Council (MPP).

Deputy director (academic support) of PKS Mohamad Khirudin Amdan thanked PTPTN Sarawak for the porridge. 

Also present during the distribution were PTPTN Sarawak general manager Yuusuf Chik, PTPTN UTC Sarawak Branch manager Muhammad Khairuddin Johari and PKS Student Affairs Department head Mahathir Mohamad Kamin.
