KUCHING: The prize giving ceremony for the short tourism video contest entitled “Unveil The Land of Hornbill” organised by the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak (ACCCIS) will be held on yesterday, Der 7, 2022 at 10am at Level 7, KCGC Innovation Hub of Wisma Chinese Chambers at Jalan Bukit Mata Kuching, here.
Datuk Hii Chang Kee, the permanent secretary of Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak will be the guest of honour for the event.
“Unveil The Land of Hornbill” short tourism video contest, which was launched last March, was organised by ACCCIS and supported by Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak with Sin Chew Daily as its designated media partner.
ACCCIS received a total of 34 entries for the contest but only 21 entries which complied with the terms and conditions were shortlisted for the contest.
Eight of those shortlisted entries will stand a chance to win a total prize money of RM21,500.00 with the first prize value of RM10,000.
