SIBU: The Sarawak short film competition is one of the best platforms to explore or promote Sarawak.
Sibu Member of Parliament Oscar Ling hoped that the competition could tap more local talents apart from promoting Sarawak’s tourism industry.
“It is not merely film competition…we organise it so that we can collect more videos to explore or promote Sarawak,” he said at the Sarawak short film competition organised by Sarawak Digital Media E-Platform Association on Saturday.
All submissions for the competition were done online and judges also marked the film via e-digital platform.
