SIBU: Members of the public are invited to come to the Sibu Open Drag Race which is taking place from Sept 7-9.
The event is held from 8am to 6pm at Old Airport Sibu Road.
Sibu Drag Race 2019 is organised by PB Motorsport Sibu Club in collaboration with DUN Nangka Service Centre, PBB Sibu, Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS), PDRM Sibu, TSA, Zero8two and Ghard Idea and Papan Putih.
The main purpose of the event is to get young racing enthusiasts involve on a proper race track thus reducing the illegal racing among youths around Sibu town.
A total of nine motorcycles from the Motorcycle category, 12 cars from the Car category and four drift challenges from the Drift category will compete in the Sibu Drag Race 2019 series.
In addition, the organisers also provide exhibition booths from PBB, Westlake Tires, Brisk Spark Plugs, Alpine Lubricants, Shung Hen Ent and EXN.
