Register for vaccine jabs now

BETONG: Saribas assemblyman, Mohammad Razi Sitam has urged all Sarawakians, especially in this division, to respond positively to the Covid-19 vaccination programme being implemented by the government.

He advised those who had not yet registered for the   programme to do so now.

“I recommend all parties to voluntarily register for the vaccination,” he said this after receiving the vaccine together with Beting Maro assemblyman Razaili Gapor during the Covid-19 Immunisation Programme at Dewan Panglima Rentap here on Sunday (March 14).

Razi also praised the Ministry of Health (MoH), especially the Betong Divisional Health Office, for ensuring the smooth implementation of the vaccination programme there.

He pointed out that the vaccination was very important   to boost the community’s confidence in their health and to revive the economy, especially in Beting Maro.

A total of 198 frontliners were vaccinated on Sunday (March 14) while another 198 frontliners will receive their jabs tomorrow (March 15).
