Rep hands over RM12,000 MRP grants

KUCHING: Batu Kitang assemblyman, Lo Khere Chiang on Saturday (Sept 11) handed over Minor Rural Project (MRP) grants totalling RM12,000.

The grants were received by the Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) of Kampung Haji Baki Blocks A, B, and C as well as Masjid Darul Ehsan Kampung Haji Baki.

The grant for Masjid Darul Ehsan Kampung Haji Baki was handed over by Lo to mosque committee member, Hamzah.

Meanwhile, the grant for Kampung Haji Baki Block A JKKK was received by Pengulu Sabtuyah Yusuf, Kampung Haji Baki Block B JKKK by Ketua Kampung Baslie Sulaiman, and Kampung Haji Baki Block C JKKK by Ketua Kampung Rosli Ahmad Darus.

The handover was carried out in a simple ceremony at the Masjid Darul Ehsan Kampung Haji Baki compound.
