SEMOP: Semop assemblyman Datuk Abdullah Saidol and Tanjung Manis MP Yusuf Abdul Wahab vowed to continue fighting for the development of the basic infrastructure in Pulau Bruit.

Pulau Bruit still needs a lot of development compared to other areas, Abdullah stated according to Unit Komunikasi Awam Sarawak (UKAS).

Due to this, he urged the residents here to also give their cooperation in developing the areas.

“In addition to that, I would also like to call on the residents here not to listen to the incitement from other parties that could jeopardise the unity of the area,” he said during the Majlis Ramah Tamah Sambutan Hari Raya Aidilfitri Semop at Kampung Salah Kecil yesterday.

On the same day, both Abdullah and Yusuf also attended the Majlis Ramah Tamah Sambutan Hari Raya Aidilfitri Semop at Dewan Kampung Betanak which was attended by 200 guests.

In the ceremony, Abdullah also allocated RM360,000 to build link roads from the main road to the area under the Rural Transformation Project (RTP) 2022.
