PADAWAN: Police here are currently looking for a male driver who stopped his car in the middle of the road and blocked another vehicle at Jalan Pasar Sungai Maong, Batu Kawa yesterday (June 18).
The incident believed to have happened around 11.30am, went viral on social media after a 30-second video clip uploaded by the victim, showed a male driver stopping his car in front of her car and scolded the victim.
Padawan district police chief Supt Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad in a statement, said they had received a police report pertaining to the incident from the victim.
“Following this incident, the police have opened an investigation paper under Section 506/509 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.
“Efforts to track down the suspect to facilitate investigations into the incident, are currently underway,” he said.
