KUCHING: Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) is 101 per cent ready for the state election, said Utilities Assistant Minister (Rural Electricity) Datuk Liwan Lagang.
He was responding to New Sarawak Tribune when contacted yesterday on GPS preparation for the coming state election.
“(We are) 101 per cent ready… very, very,” he said.
He also commended Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg for making clear the party’s direction when he addressed the inaugural GPS Convention held at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) here, yesterday.
“Definitely he (Abang Johari) had explained the GPS direction, telling the delegates on the GPS policies and the benefit of the 2020 State Budget.
“This also includes the road map that the GPS is taking in implementing the various projects and the alternative funding,” he said.
