KUCHING: Samling Group of Companies (Samling) is continuing to play its role in the fight against Covid-19 by donating medical supplies to Marudi Hospital and Miri Hospital.

On Monday (April 13), Samling donated six large boxes of surgical masks as well as disinfectants to Marudi Hospital.

A second batch of surgical masks will be delivered to the hospital later this month.

Dr Nur Natasya Sherimim, director of Marudi Hospital, received the donations at Wisma Samling, Miri.  She expressed her appreciation to Samling for its assistance in these trying times.

In addition, another batch of medical supplies consisting of 50 large boxes of surgical masks was also presented to Dr Wong Chia Yee, assistant director of Miri Hospital.

Samling Group chief operating officer James Ho represented Samling at the handover ceremony to Dr Wong at Wisma Samling, Miri.
