KUCHING: The ‘Make a Payment’ feature on the SEB Cares platform will be temporarily unavailable tomorrow (May 7) from 6 pm to 8 pm due to maintenance.
The service is expected to resume promptly after 8 pm.
“During this short period, we kindly encourage you to utilise alternative channels for your energy bill payments, such as our payment kiosks and internet banking services, to ensure uninterrupted service,” SEB announced in a Facebook post.
