Sebastian Ting's wife dies

MIRI: After a year-long struggle with lung cancer, Datin Lim Siew Lee, the wife of Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) secretary-general Datuk Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew, passed away today.

She was 65 years old.

Ting and his wife had been married for 34 years when she died.

Datin Lee leaves behind a daughter, four sons and one granddaughter.

She passed away peacefully this afternoon while being accompanied by Ting and their children at their house in Tanjong Lobang, Miri.
