KUCHING: Osman Labek is now a proud home owner following the completion of his house under the Program Perumahan Rakyat Termiskin (PPRT) 2022.
The construction of the three bedroom and two-bathroom house in Kampung Bintangor here started on April 15 this year.
The 45-year-old said he is grateful for the assistance as it provides a more comfortable home for his wife and four children.
Previously, the family lived in a dilapidated house.
“I am very thankful for this assistance and how the house was completed within three months.
“It is indeed one of the greatest blessings for my family as we now have a proper roof over our heads,” he said today.
Osman who is working as security guard expressed hopes for similar assistance to be provided to other villagers in need.
Earlier, Satok assemblyman Datuk Ibrahim Baki officiated at the symbolic key presentation to Osman and his family.
Ibrahim also handed over food baskets to the family.
