Serian District Office closes for sanitisation

SERIAN: The Serian District Office is closed for five days from today (Aug 12) to Aug 16.

Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), in a Facebook post on Thursday (Aug 12), said the temporary closure was due to the detection of a Covid-19 positive case in the office.

The closure is to enable sanitisation process to be carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures for safety and health measures.

Today (Aug 12), Sarawak recorded 1,216 positive cases, bringing the total toll in the state to 84,603.
