KUALA LUMPUR: Setel, an e-payment solutions service by Petronas Dagangan Bhd, is targeting to deliver 10,000 parcels every day this year through its new Setel Express service.

Setel Express chief executive officer Mohd Faizal Sulaiman said Setel customers will enjoy the reliable and affordable next-day intra-city parcel delivery service.

“Currently, we have delivered around 1,000 parcels every day and we want to achieve one per cent market share out of one million parcels delivered every day in our country,” he told the media after launching Setel Express at KL Convention Centre here yesterday.

He said Setel Express allows the customers to track their e-commerce deliveries and pick up or drop off parcels at selected Petronas stations.

Merchants also can opt to send their parcels via door-to-door service delivery methods in selected areas.

The parcels can be delivered within Peninsular Malaysia with partners, as the service leverages on Petronas stations as hubs and pick-up and drop-off points, he added.
