MIRI: A total of seven new general practitioners (GP) clinics in this division have been designated as vaccination centres (PPVs), bringing the number of GP PPVs to 10 as of today.
This was announced by Transport Minister Datuk Lee Kim Shin during a zoom meeting on Sunday with members of the Miri Division Disaster Management Committee.
“I hope ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd will approve more private clinics to serve as GP PPV in Miri district to boost the Covid-19 vaccine rollout and achieve our Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg’s mission to achieve the herd immunity by August,” Lee said.
