According to the charge, he intentionally made criminal threats to set fire to the house of his uncle, 55, in Kampung Muara Tebas at around 4.15pm on Sept 6.

The facts of the case stated that when the complainant arrived home, he found that his nephew had gone berserk and had damaged the wall of the house using an iron rod and a machete.

The accused also threatened to burn down the complainant’s house and do bad things to the complainant’s family.
