KUCHING: Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is appealing for the public’s help to locate family members or next of kin of a Chinese woman named Mary Voon Lee Phin, 46.
According to a statement from SGH, the patient was sent to the hospital by the public on Aug 24 and was immediately admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for further treatment, but she passed away the next day (Aug 25).
The hospital is currently trying to trace the deceased’s next of kin, including paying a visit to her last residence at BLK K 4/5, Taman Suria Jaya, Matang here. However, they failed to find her next of kin.
Thus, the hospital is requesting for any members of the public who know the patient or her next of kin to immediately contact SGH’s Department of Forensic Medicine at 082-276666, extension 6021.
