KUCHING: Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Sheda) will be holding the Sheda Property Expo at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching from Sept 30 to Oct 2.
All interested exhibitors have been urged to book early to secure their prefered booth locations and early bird discounts are available until June 30.
Organising chairman and Sheda treasurer-general John Yong Lock Ping said the expo aimed to encourage positive public sentiment, reinvigorate interest in the property sector and stimulate the local economy, namely in construction and property development.
He added that Sheda remained committed to meeting the property needs of Sarawakians, address housing demand and play its role in the development of Sarawak.
He said although the expo would feature mostly property development projects, the public interested in renovation or home upgrading would be able to peruse building materials, furnishings and finishings.
