Sim Kiang Chiok — new Sheda Kuching chairman

KUCHING: Datuk Sim Kiang Chiok has been elected as the new chairman of Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) Kuching Branch for a four-year term (2021-2024).

Nicholas Wong Pak Kiong is his deputy; secretary is Peter Pau Kiu Sung and treasurer is Alan Wong Kok Wee.

They were elected during the branch’s seventh annual general meeting cum election held at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) last March 18.

Barapui Balangalibun, Peter Lau Hui Han, Steve Tan Chen Hang, Steven Au Fock Ghing and Yap Min Su were elected as ordinary committee members.

Immediate past-chairman Dr Christopher Ngui will serve in an ex-officio capacity.
