SIBU: A total of 32 members of Sibu Journalists Association (SJA) including family members took part in the ‘SJA Bowling Game’ held at Sibu Superbowl in Sibu recently.

The e vent whi ch commenced at 7pm was officiated at by pres ident of SJA, Wat t Zacchaeus. According to him, the event was one of the activities organised by SJA which aimed to strengthen ties between SJA members and also their family members.

“This year, SJA has organised many activities to strengthen ties between members and family members,” he added.

Therefore, he hoped that all members would continue to support the activities organised by SJA because SJA is responsible for the welfare and benefits of all members. SJA bowling games was divided into two categories, namely men and women’s categories.

Borhaniza Ali Basah won the men’s category, with Goh Wu Gang in second place and Ho Toh Kai coming in third. For women’s category, the first place was won by Chieng Jen Ling while Yek Choo Eng took the second spot whereas Law Sew Hong was placed third.
