SMK Padawan duo scores straight As

PADAWAN: Two SMK Padawan students scored straight As in last year’s Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination.

Marschello Manuel Amat scored 2A+, 6A and 1A-. He scored A+ in Bahasa Melayu and History, 6A in English, Pendidikan Moral, Mathematics, Add Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology and A- in Physics.

Another candidate Anastasia Julitta Jomet scored 2A+, 6A and 1A-.

She scored A+ in Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics, A in Chemistry, Biology, English, Pendidikan Moral and History, and A- in Additional Mathematics and Physics.

The school’s principal Roger Peter said a total of 153 candidates sat for the examination with 77.6 percent passes including two staright-A scorers.

He congratulated those who had successfully passed the examination.
