SELANGAU: The rural people were asked not to be persuaded by the “lies” of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) government.
Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) Youth chief, Datuk Snowdan Lawan, said it was not right for the PH government to say that GPS would not be able to help the rural people and lead Sarawak.
“After leaving Barisan Nasional (BN) the four component parties of PGS make us even stronger as one today. And that is the reason why PH government is scared of us,” he said during GPS flag rally at SJK Tong Ah Hall in Selangau, yesterday.
Snowdan, who is also Balai Ringin assemblyman, said that it was a common tactic used by PH to spread lies as they have not fulfilled their promises to the people ever since they won in the general election.
“We have a new ship now and we are going to make sure that Tamin and Kakus seats will be retained by GPS in the coming state election,” he said.
He said the rural people must not let Malayan parties take over Sarawak as they do not understand Sarawak like Sarawakians.
“If PH wins, you will regret if they took over because your protected rights will be gone.”
