KUCHING: A lucky punter from Sri Aman won the Magnum 4D Jackpot prize of RM9.38 million on July 19.
According to Magnum 4D Berhad, the winner, a regular Magnum customer since 1998, had purchased a 4D Jackpot System-3 ticket.
“The winning numbers 6905 and 4312 which won him RM9,389,629.00 were inspired by his favourite numbers,” Magnum said in a press statement, recently.
Magnum said, the said the 45-year-old lorry driver has had several good wins with Magnum 4D in the past, but nothing quite as big as this.
“I like buying the Magnum 4D Jackpot because it is straightforward and easy to understand,” it quoted him as saying.
“On that day (July 19 July ), I used the MyMagnum App to check my result and realised that those numbers were my lucky numbers that I have always been purchasing.
“I looked at the results many times to confirm that I won the lottery,” he said, adding that he thereafter decided to contact Magnum Careline for confirmation.
“Only then, did I realise that I have become a multi-millionaire!” the winner said.
He plans to celebrate his winning by giving some money to his family, do house renovation, and open saving accounts for his children’s education.
