KUCHING: A gathering between State Secretary (SS) Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani and Federal Secretary (FS) Datuk Mohd Zuki Ali and heads of federal departments and agencies organised by the Federal Secretary’ s Office was held at a hotel here on Friday night.
The annual event was meant to enhance closer rapport between the state and federal government through a breaking of fast apart from contributing to the needy to help them celebrate the upcoming Hari Raya.
During the event, Morshidi also presented hampers comprising essential food items to five single mothers and person with disabilities (OKU).
Other events included perfroming the Maghrib, Isyak Teraweh prayers.
Also present at the event were Director General of the Planing and Implementation Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zaki Ansore Mohd Yusof, Deputy State Secretary Datu Jaul Samion, Sarawak Commissioner of Police, Datuk Mazlan Mansor, Commander of First Division Infantry, Major-General Datuk Stephen Mundaw and heads of departments.
