MUKAH: This time, incumbent Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) is involved in a straight fight with Abdul Jalil Bujang of Pakatan Harapan (PH) for the Mukah seat.

6,853 votes.
Interviewed after submitting her nomination paper at Menara Pehin Setiaraja Mukah yesterday, she pledged to engage with people from all walks of life during the campaign period leading to the polls on November 19.
She said voters must be aware of all the efforts taken by the state government after COVID-19 and the GPS manifesto.
“The manifesto should be explained as clearly as possible. We will ensure that we go to the field to better understand the requirements of the people,” she added.
Hanifah said the results of the general election this time would definitely be determined by the people.
“To my opponent, I wish him the best of luck,” she said.
Hanifah also talked about the Rajang Delta Development Agency’s (Radda).
“All assemblymen and MPs involved will discuss the improvement of industry services that we want to include.
