KUCHING: A male teenager pleaded guilty to a charge of house breaking before the Magistrate’s Court here on Wednesday (Jan 26).
Magistrate Zaiton Anuar fixed March 1 to hear the social reports on the 19 year old accused.
The court set bail at RM3,000 with one local surety.
The teenager from Lachau, was accused of committing the offence at Synergy Square at Jalan Matang around 2pm on Jan 23.
He was charged under Section 448 of the Penal Code which carries a jail term of up to three years or fine up to RM5,000 or both, upon conviction.
