MIRI: A male motorcyclist and his female pillion rider were injured after their motorcycle got involved in a collision with a car at Jalan Taman Saberkas yesterday afternoon.
Both aged 16, the injured victims were rushed to Miri Hospital for medical treatment by a team of Miri Civil Defence Force (APM).
“Upon receiving an emergency call from the public on the incident at 1.17 pm, our personnel were despatched to the scene,” said Miri APM officer-in-charge Lt Mirwan Shah Masri.
Meanwhile, the car’s driver was unharmed.
Both victims are about to be taken to Miri Hospital.
