MIRI: Miri City Council (MCC) is currently experiencing an interruption of telephone services due to some technical issues which include the council’s service hotline 085-424111 to which the general public cannot get through.

According to a statement released yesterday, MCC is working with Telekom to resolve these issues.

In the meantime, for any requests or enquiries concerning the council’s services, the public can contact the MCC command centre at 085 424 600, or via mobile at 019 214 4600, or via email to mbm@miricouncil.gov.my or mscc@miricouncil.gov.my.

The public can also utilise the Sarawak Smart City Apps.

“We again regret any inconvenience caused,” the statement said.

The Council is trying all means to restore the affected telephone services as soon as possible.
