KUCHING: Sarawak Home Improvement Programme for the Poor (PPRMS) is very significant in helping the less fortunate to be able to live in comfortable homes, said Kuala Rajang assemblyman Datuk Len Talif Salleh.

“This programme is an initiative of the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) state government under Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg in helping the community live in homes which are comfortable and safe,” he said in a Facebook post on Saturday (Jan 8).

The Assistant Minister of Natural Resources and Urban Development shared that earlier this morning, he had gone down to the ground to visit those in need of home improvement assistance in Sarikei.

“I met with an applicant at Taman Susur Jambu and saw for myself the condition of the roof which needs to be repaired,” said Len Talif.
