The Spring shopping mall reopens following sanitisation

KUCHING: The Spring shopping mall has been allowed to reopen on June 1 by the Ministry of Health (MOH) following stringent and extensive sanitisation.

The management revealed that 11 out of over 1,000 employees and retailers from the Active Case Detection (ACD) initiated on May 27 and 28 tested positive.

“Due to this, Ta Kiong Supermarket will allow only 30 shoppers per entry at a time to ensure physical distancing is maintained.

“On top of that, free parking will be available at the Premier and Basement Car Park. You can access the mall through the West Court, East Court and Basement entrances during this movement control order (MCO) period.

“We apologise for any inconvenience this incident has caused you, our shoppers as well as to our employees and retailers.”

According to the mall management, from Tuesday (June 1) onwards from 10 am to 8 pm, the following stores will reopen:
