Three survive ambulance crash

SIMANGGANG: An ambulance skidded into a ditch across Pasar Sabu here early Wednesday (Oct 6) morning.

The State Fire and Rescue Department operations centre said the persons on board were the driver of the ambulance, a doctor and a nurse.

Rescuers from the Sri Aman fire and rescue station were deployed to the scene after receiving a report on the accident at 3.53am.

“All three victims were safely removed from the ambulance by the firemen,” it said today.

The operations centre added that the victims were unharmed, and the operations ended at 4.15am.
