KUALA LUMPUR: The top five wining furniture from the Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC)-Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) Furniture Design Competition were exhibited at the Malaysian International Furniture Fair (MIFF) here.
The MIFF which took place on July 6 to 9, is a leading furniture trade fair in the Asia-Pacific and global calendar, is currently in its 27th edition.
“UNIMAS, through the Institute of Creative Arts and Technology (iCreaTe) is proud to exhibit alongside other exhibitors and Asian major exporters in an impressive showcase of design trends in the industry,” it said in a post on Friday.
The exhibition was held at the xOrdinary Showcase booth in Hall 2, Level One of Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITECT) here.
“The xOrdinary Showcase is a creative platform that initiates, empowers, and celebrates the talent and diversity of young Malaysian designers through their work,” it said.
