MIRI: The Miri City Council (MCC) is currently carrying out tree maintenance work or tree pruning along the Miri-Bintulu Road until June 22.
The areas affected begin from Bumiko/Hilltop junction until the clock tower roundabout/Jalan Padang.
Mayor Adam Yii has reminded road users to be extra careful while navigating along the affected areas during the tree pruning operations.
“Please be extra careful and slow down your vehicles while approaching the area.
“We want to ensure that traffic flows within the affected areas are smooth during the operation,” he said.
The pruning work will be carried out from 9am to 11am and from 2pm to 4pm.
