SIBU: Young entrepreneurs especially those who indulge in Internet marketing have been urged to make full use of the newly built Entrepreneur Incubation Hub at the Sibu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI) here.
The hub, completed in January this year at a cost of RM1 million, provides high speed Internet, meeting room, laser printer, fax machine, photocopier, discussion area, and corporate corner.
According to Sibu MP Oscar Ling, the place is a good platform not only for those in Internet marketing but also multimedia related business.
He added that he would be sponsoring 30 memberships to those interested to use the facility.
“The one-year membership at a cost of RM150 allows the members to use the facilities provided.
“We now welcome those interested to apply through the chamber and they must be between 18 and 45 years old,” he said.
Meanwhile, the chamber’s Youth Entrepreneur Committee president Sean Hii said members of the hub would be able to enjoy special privileges as they would be the first to be informed of business projects such as poster design.
“It’s cheaper to become a member than when you have to rent an office with a monthly rental of at least RM500. Here we provide good facility and environment,” he added.
