KUCHING: TVS kick-starts the new year with its TVS Live mini concert featuring a line-up of famous singers across the country and Sarawak’s local talents.
The programme, which has been aired since Jan 8, will feature eight episodes and broadcast on every Sunday.
According to its producer Yume Suryani, the TVS Live mini concert would be a platform to recognise local talents in Sarawak.
“Apart from watching the well-known singers who will be performing solo stages, we will also get to see Sarawakian local singers singing songs from invited artists on every episode.
“This show will bridge the gap between the singers and local talents,” she said on Tuesday (Jan 10).
The TVS Live recording session with the audience had already started since July until
October last year which was held at Borneo 744, Bintawa Kuching.
Among the invited artist is the queen of Rock, Ella, who will be paired with the third place winner of Konsert Getaran Jiwa 2022, Afif Tenor.
Others include Hafiz Suip, Ismail Izzani, Azlan and The Typewriter, Nabila Razali and many more.
TVS Live will be shown every Sunday at 8.45pm on TVS channel 122 on Astro and MYTV.
