Twelve to vie for title tonight

SIBU: Twelve contestants of the Miss Borneo Dayak Cultural Festival (BDCF) 2019 will be competing against each other at the final round tonight as none were eliminated during the talent night on Monday.

On Monday, two contestants were supposed to be eliminated but the judges decided to retain them.

Those advancing to the final round are Elvyna Edwin, 20, (Sri Aman); Deintre Serena Sendi Michael Remy, 22, (Kanowit); Oliviana Michelle Alli, 29, (Kanowit); Stephny Maszleen Sophian, 22, (Sibu); Kamelia Masam, 26, (Kapit); Liana Joseph, 24, (Salim Sibu); Frederica John, 24, (Sibu); Cynthia Sumang Ujang, 23, (Sibu); Norani Roseline, 21, (Bintangor); Erin Rubieny David, 23, (Roban); and Liana Ngelai, 20, (Kapit).

The winner will take home a cash prize of RM2,500, a crown, sash, a trophy and flower.

Meanwhile, the first runner-up will bring home cash worth RM1,500, sash, trophy, hamper and the second runner-up will receive a cash prize of RM1,000, sash, trophy and hamper.

The fourth and fifth place winners will take home a cash prize of RM450 and RM350 respectively.

The sixth to tenth winners will bring home a consolation prize and will receive RM200 each.
