KUCHING: Head of State Tun Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar and his wife, Toh Puan Fauziah Mohd Sanusi continue their second day of Chinese New Year visit to Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian’s residence.

His arrival was warmly welcomed and greeted by Dr Sim himself along with his wife, Datin Amar Enn Ong and their family at Jalan Wan Abdul Rahman here at 1:30pm.

Earlier, Wan Junaidi visited Malaysian Buddhist Association Sarawak branch chairman Datuk Seri Dr Tay Chin Kin’s residence where the Head of State and his wife handed over angpows and souvenirs to 38 orphans from Sarawak Orphans’ Welfare Board (PERYATIM).

Also accompanying them during their visits were Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi; Deputy Minister of International Trade and Investment Malcolm Mussen; and others.
