SRI AMAN: Three churches in Sri Aman here have received an allocation from the state Unit for Other Religions (Unifor).
Assistant Minister of Community Wellbeing and Simanggang assemblyman Datuk Francis Harden Hollis had presented the cheque to the respective churches.
St Luke Church received RM300,000 while St Lawrence Church and Methodist Church at Jalan Paya each received RM200,000.
The presentation of the cheques was done at the respective churches building.
Reverend Father Jaol Galang represented St Lawrence Church, Vicar Reverend Father Jackson Jarau represented St Luke Church, and the Methodist Church was represented by its management committee.
