WASHINGTON: An unauthorised vehicle crashed into the exterior gate of the White House and the driver has been detained by authorities, US Secret Service spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement, reported Sputnik.
“Shortly before 6 pm (Eastern Time), a vehicle collided with an exterior gate at the White House complex,” Guglielmi said on Monday.
“The driver has been taken into custody and we are investigating the cause and manner of the collision.” – BERNAMA-SPUTNIK
