Virtual forum on Sarawak Day

KUCHING: In conjunction with Sarawak Day, the Sarawak State Library (Pustaka Sarawak) will be holding a forum entitled ‘Sarawak Day Forum: Sarawak Day Celebration, Sarawak Gemilang untuk Semua’ this Thursday (July 22).

The forum, which will commence at 2.30pm, will be moderated by Pustaka Sarawak deputy chief executive officer of operations Japri Bujang Masli and will feature panellists from several universities throughout Borneo, namely Universiti Malaysia Sabah lecturer Dr Bilcher Bala; Swinburne University of Technology lecturer Dr Ong Liap Teck; Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) lecturer Dr Nadrawina Isnin; and a member of the Student Representative Council of UiTM, Amir Zuhaily Zaidan.

The public can watch the event through Pustaka Sarawak’s official social media accounts — Facebook (pustaka.sarawak) and YouTube (pustakasarawak).
