KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail today received a courtesy call from Saudi Economy and Planning Minister Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri at the Parliament House.

The meeting at 11am, among other things, touched on the strengthening of bilateral relations between Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.

Also discussed during the meeting was a proposal to hold the 4th Joint Commission Meeting (JCM) between the two countries, which will focus on economic cooperation.

The last Malaysia-Saudi Arabia JCM was held in 2004. – Bernama
