BAU: Police here arrested a coffee shop worker on suspicion of engaging in an unlicensed lottery sale in Siniawan on Monday (Nov 22).

Bau OCPD DSP Poge Nyaon said the operation, codenamed ‘Ops Dadu’, was carried out around 4.15pm by a team from the Criminal Investigation Department.

The team spotted the 23-year-old suspect in a coffee shop and detained him for inspection as he was believed to have been conducting the illegal lottery sales using his phone.
