SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SUPP PCB) chief, Wilfred Yap was recently approached by the business community of Kota Sentosa Commercial area during his regular ‘turun padang’ activity to the area.

The business community trading opposite the old 7th Mile Bazaar Market had complained that the direction of road signs had been painted in the opposite direction and the parking lines have been wrongly painted parallel instead of slanting as was the case before resurfacing works was carried out.

Following the request for assistance, Yap went to inspect and assess the situation and also to see what could be done to resolve the problem.

The matter was immediately highlighted and brought up to the attention of Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) and the MPP contractor awarded the resurfacing and road painting works.

Yap has now been informed by MPP and Contractor that the repainting works will be carried out to the satisfaction of the complainants.
