SARIKEI: An ARCH unity workshop will be held here as Yayasan Perpaduan Sarawak (YPS) or Sarawak Unity Foundation continues to collect information as well as spread the spirit of unity.
The workshop is on Aug 25 at Kampung Baru Seberang Sarikei Internet Centre and will be officiated by Sarikei Resident, Felicia Tan Yan Hua.
The unity workshops were previously held in Limbang, Miri, Bintulu, Mukah, Sibu, Kapit, Kota Samarahan and Bau over the past few months.
Four additional districts—Betong, Sarikei, Sri Aman and Serian—have been added to the existing locations in order to reach out to more Sarawakians.
Those interested are encouraged to register online at bit.ly/archbetongsarikei or call 082-332700.
Participation is free, and participants will receive certificates as a token of appreciation.
ARCH, which stands for Advancing Racial Cohesion and Harmony, is one of the projects under YPS. Its purpose is to evaluate national unity in Sarawak.
