KUCHING: Some 700 students in Subis district have benefitted from the school uniform assistance programme under Yayasan Sarawak.
The assistance, in the form of vouchers, would be handed to them through the education department.
The benefitting students are from 49 schools under the Subis District Education Department.
Last Thursday, Assistant Minister of Women, Family and Childhood Development Rosey Yunus officiated at the symbolic handing over of the assistance from Yayasan Sarawak to the Subis District Education Department.
