MIRI: A 29-year-old man had a lucky escaped yesterday morning after the 4WD vehicle he was driving skidded and turned turtle at Miri Airport Road.
The man was travelling alone when the mishap occurred.
According to sources, prior to the crash, the driver was on his way to Taman Tunku from the city centre.
The incident however caused an oil spill on the road.
Eight firefighters from Miri fire station rushed to the scene following a distress call received at 11.43am. They later helped to clean up the oil spill on the road.
