BINTULU: A 20-year-old youth was found dead due to a possible electrocution at his house in RPR Sibiew Jalan Air on Wednesday (April 12).
Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department Operations Centre, in a statement, said they received a call about the incident at 2.18pm and promptly dispatched a team from the Bintulu fire station to the scene.
Also arriving there were medical personnel from Bintulu Hospital.
In order to reach the victim’s place, they had to use a boat.
The victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel later.
The body was handed over to the police for further investigation.
